Our staff is looking forward to meeting with those of you who have scheduled Parent Teacher Conferences. As a reminder, all Parent Teacher Conferences will be VIRTUAL this year.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Monday, November 22 through Wednesday, November 24. You should receive a county-generated email with a conference reminder and the teacher's Google Meet link the day prior to your scheduled conference.
To prevent “overlap” of conferences, teachers will be using Google Meet room joining security features. You may have to wait to be admitted into the Google Meet room.
Meeting links were included in confirmation emails for any parents who selected the Email Conference Schedule option. Google Meet links also can be found using the directions below:
1. Log in with parent/guardian credentials to HCPSS Connect
2. Select More Options (Family File, Report Card, etc) from the left navigation
3. Select Conference Scheduling in the middle
4. Click on View My Conference Schedule from the left navigation
5. Copy Google link from applicable conference
