How do you sign up?
Log on to HCPSS Connect at www.hcpss.org/connect to access Synergy Conference Management. You can then choose your desired conference time from the teacher’s availability. Please see the included directions to schedule your conference. Parent Teacher Conferences will be scheduled in 15-minute increments. To allow time to end one conference and log on to the next, we recommend that you do not schedule back-to-back conferences with different teachers. All conferences will need to begin and end on time.
