The May meeting dates for the Hammond Middle School PTA have been set and we encourage all rising 6th grade parents to join us! Attached is a graphic with the information. Below is the same information in plain text:
All Board positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year. These elected positions are held for one school year.
President: Lead PTA and unite our school community
Vice President: Help lead initiatives and coordinate volunteers
Secretary: Record meeting minutes and maintain records
Treasurer: Manage PTA budget and oversee finances
*President and Treasurer positions must be occupied in order for the PTA to remain active.
There are other meaningful positions that also need to be filled, here are a few (these are not elected): PTACHC Representative, Staff Appreciation Committee Chair, Fundraising Committee Chair
