HMS PTA Newsletter, May 2026
Final Virtual Meeting
The meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, May 28th, will be postponed to the second week of June in order to allow for time to publicize the PTA's final amended budget and our nominees for next year's Executive Board! Please be on the lookout for a new date and time for our final virtual meeting of the year. Thank you so much!
Staff Appreciation Thank You!
The Staff Appreciation Committee is sending a huge THANK YOU to all of the families who helped make the "Back to the 90s" HMS Teacher Appreciation Week da bomb!
From bagels and lunches to raffles, treats, decorations, and all the little details in between, the week would not have been possible without the incredible support of our HMS families. Your donations and contributions helped us remind our staff just how loved and appreciated they are.
Throughout the entire school year, you showed up for SIX additional staff events and celebrations. Because of you, our staff felt celebrated all year long — and we hope they know they are truly “all that and a bag of chips.”
We appreciate every family who donated, volunteered, or contributed items along the way. We couldn't have done it without you! Now excuse us while we rewind through some of our favorite moments from Teacher Appreciation Week…
